Click the 3-bar icon in the upper left and choose "Projects" to go to the Projects, Templates, Calendars, and Archived Projects views. By default, you'll be on your Active project list. This is a list of all projects which either you have created, or been invited to view or edit.
You can see the organization the project belongs to, any project-level tags assigned to the project, the calendars applied to the project, a description field, as well as automatically displayed information in Created (date created), Created By (original project Owner), Updated, Updated By, and Key, which is a unique ID assigned to the project.
You can toggle the Timeline switch on/off per your preference, and use the +/- to zoom in/out on the timeline view. The Timeline will display the high-level parent tasks (unless no parents have been designated) and will graphically show you the percent complete of the tasks, as well as any color designated to the task(s).
Create a new project by clicking the "+" in the upper left. If you do not belong to an organization, the project will automatically be created in your Personal Projects. If you only belong to one organization, that organization name will not be displayed, and projects will automatically be created in that org, unless you toggle the switch to make this a personal project. If you belong to more than one org, a drop-down list will be displayed, allowing you to choose from any of the orgs, or to designate this as a Personal Project.
To assign a calendar to the project, double-click in the calendar field. A list of calendars available (specific to the org the project belongs to) will be shown. By default, when an org is created, a standard work week calendar will be available, and automatically applied to your projects. You can also create additional calendars to apply to the project. Click here to see how to create a calendar.
To assign project-level tags, double-click in the Tags field. A list of tags available (specific to the org the project belongs to) will be shown. Select the tag(s) you wish to apply to this project and choose Save. Click here to see how to create tags.
