By default, each user is set up on a free Collaborator edition, which means they can see the tasks they are assigned to complete on their personal Home page. To give users full project visibility, the ability to edit projects, or to create their own projects, they must be on a paid Viewpath edition.
You'll be prompted to start a trial if you try to access any of the paid edition functionality. to upgrade to a paid Subscription, click the hamburger menu in the upper left, then choose Account > Subscriptions.
Click the "+" in the menu bar to create a new trial/subscription. Select the product edition, and the number of months you would like the subscription to be good for. (Remember, you do not have to provide credit card information for a trial, and will not be charged if you choose to discontinue).
You'll be taken to our billing site.
- Enter the information (credit card info is not required, but can be entered if you would like to automatically roll your trial over to the paid subscription).
- Select the number of licenses you would like to place on a trial. You will create a different subscription for each product/period type that you would like to have, e.g. 5 Enterprise yearly, 10 Professional yearly, and 20 Starter monthly.
Once you've created your subscriptions, click on a product (e.g. Enterprise) to assign the licenses to users. By default, you will be added to the first subscription (e.g. Enterprise) you create. The subscription details pane will open, and click the "+" to assign the license(s).If you would like to remove yourself from this license, simply click the checkbox next to your name, and select the "X" in the toolbar.
